Your Mission
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Werkstudent:in/Working Student (currently enrolled in a university) to join our team in Berlin as a Logistics Assistant. In this role, you will help keep our supply chain and operations running smoothly, ensuring the highest quality standards for our Neuroimaging systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders from receipt to shipment.
- Store components and finished goods in our ERP system and maintain accurate stock data.
- Pick, pack and prepare national and international shipments (including export documents).
- Support the organisation of international workshops and conferences by coordinating logistics and shipping demo systems.
- Work in close cooperation with management and the Production & Logistics team (10 colleagues).
