Logistics Associate / Logistiker (m/f/d)

Your Mission
NIRx Medizintechnik GmbH is looking to hire a hands-on, motivated and team player as a Logistics Associate to support a variety of logistics and supply chain tasks:

  • Process sales orders from receipt to shipment and log in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
  • Pick articles, configure them to order, and finally inspect and pack for shipping.
  • Arrange transport and logistics, customs and shipping documents with external service providers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, customs services, etc.)
  • Arrange feasible shipping timelines in alignment with the supply chain and sales team.
  • Close cooperation with the supervisor, the supply chain and sales team and external service providers.
Your Qualifications
Next to relevant education and experience, you should be a great contributor to our team and common success:

  • To have completed vocational education (Apprenticeship, z.B. Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung) and training in logistics.
  • Good ability in English and German language communication and writing.
  • Good ability in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Training and experience in ERP systems.
  • An effective and precise working style with quality next to commitment and responsibility for your work. 
  • Motivated good team play and transparent communication round up your personality.
  • Ability to support logistics manual work and to handle precious goods and larger packages of up to 20 kg.

Considered a Plus:

  • Experience working in small to medium (10-100 FTEs) enterprises.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • A solid understanding of international customs regulations.
  • Experience shipping dangerous goods.
