As our Hiring Wizard, you will be using your expert recruitment skills and industry knowledge to help us find and find and attract the best talent. You will work directly with the CEO and closely with our team to define positions and hiring processes, to ensure we are bringing in the best fitting candidates to join our mission. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting for positions across all our business fields, including neuroscience, R&D, and operations.

- Use your extensive knowledge to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to support their recruitment needs
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
